Hi, I’m Annabelle
Yoga and meditation have been part of my life for many years, which led me on a spiritual quest to India, where I completed my 200 hour Yoga certificate in Rishikesh.
Our fast-paced life can lead us to disassociate from our bodies. This disconnection can manifest within our bodies and cause imbalances such as anxiety or pain in our hips and shoulders.
I was beginning to carry trauma in my body and mind. My Nidra practise allowed me to sit with it and rewrite my story. Connecting with my body has been one of the best things I have ever done for my physical condition and my mind. Finding my body, was like finding my home, and when I found it, everything else started to flow, and my body started to heal.
I aim for my students to discover that the practice of yoga is for everyone and to create a comfortable and safe space for their practice. I invite you to nurture your body and mind, deepen your own practice and to share tools with you that will allow us to live more balanced and mindfully.
Hey, I’m Anna
I am a yoga teacher and holistic voice therapist living in London, UK. Having been a classical and contemporary soprano for many years, I found yoga at a time of hardship in my life and began to use the physical practice of asana as escapism.
In 2018, I decided I wanted to dedicate more of my time to this impactful and inspiring practice and so embarked upon my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand in June 2019. It was during this time that I found the true meaning of yoga. Ever since, I have brought the practice of yoga in its many forms into each aspect of my life, dedicating my time and practice to finding my clarity and purpose.
I discovered sound healing through a dear friend and experiencing it both as a practitioner and as a creator has supported me in healing through some of the most intense trauma in my life as well as deepening my yoga practice even further. My aim is to use my voice to help others benefit from yoga and sound healing in the same way I have.
